Castle Turkish Storage Chess Board with 1 3/4" Squares

This opulent Turkish storage chess board is sure to impress as a piece of art along with any set of chess pieces. The squares on the castle storage board are black, walnut or rose for the dark squares and a glossy iridescent mother-of-pearl for the light side. A darker root finish surrounds the border. A unique inlaid artistic mosaic surrounds the playing surface with additional inlaid embellishments to the sides.

The raised board features a carved brickwork pattern around the entire base. Inset to this brickwork are drawers that reveal an empty compartment used for pieces taken via play, or you can use the space to accommodate a custom foam insert for different chess pieces (no foam insert is included).

Ideally, this board is well suited for 3 to 3 1/2" chessmen and has 1 3/4" squares. This board includes a simple zippered storage case.
