Honey Rosewood Chess Pieces are a soft, easy to work with light to medium brown wood. There is a fair amount of grain, and is an excellent choice if you want an inexpensive natural look. Boxwood Chess Pieces are the near universal standard for 'white' chess pieces in hand-carved sets. It is a fairly easy wood to work with, and shows off good detail.

There is little basic about our boards with rounded corners. Each features a stylish mosaic and ample border size making them an attractive, affordable option for chess boards in a number of sizes.
