Our commitment to you during COVID-19

I’m sure you have received notifications from every single company you have ever dealt with on how they are managing the recent health crisis. Despite this we thought it was needed for us to reach out to show our support and our commitment to our customers. 

IMPORTANT UPDATE – TEMPORARY RETAIL STORE CLOSURE: (3/20/2020)

As of Sunday, March 22nd, New York State has mandated all non-essential businesses close.

1. Our warehouse is open and We are still shipping! It may take a little longer than usual, but the warehouse is still in operation and most, if not all, orders will continue to leave within 2 business days.

2. Our brick-and-mortar retail store in Massapequa, NY is temporarily closed. If you are local, you must order your item to be shipped – it should only take a day and shipping is free over 75.00.

3. We will have limited capacity to answer phones, and we will not be open for any official hours. We do have access to email and I will personally check them each day to respond as quickly as possible as information develops. Please email us at info@chessusa.com for any questions or assistance needed, and we will respond as promptly as possible.

4. The retail store location in Massapequa NY will be open Saturday, March 21st. This will be the last day to come in to the store until further notice.
