Shipping and Return Policies

If you have a special shipping
request, simply write it in the "Comment's Section" of our on-line
order form. We actually read what our customers write and make every
effort to comply with any requests.
We don't hide... Our phones are
answered by real human beings during regular business hours... no voice
mail here. Our email is responded to, generally, within minutes of
receipt. We offer Live Help on our web site so you can ask questions
while browsing our site and get immediate answers about our chess sets
and other games.
You know where to find us, and that
is the way we like to do business and always have done business.
Your wish is our command, and this
is one reason why Your Move Chess & Games has more repeat customers
than the vast majority of chess/games companies have customers.

Return Policy

For any
order purchased online or mail-order:
Should you
receive any product from ICD/Your Move Chess & Games via mail-order
and be dissatisfied with it for any reason, simply return it (insured)
within two weeks of delivery for a refund or exchange. No RA number is
necessary. Please enclose a copy of your packing list with
instructions for exchange or store credit with your return.
Shipping and Giftwrap charges are not refundable, and merchandise must
come back in as-new condition with all original packaging materials. A
restocking fee (usually 5%) shall apply. Restocking fee will be waived
for exchanges. Special order items, videos, dvds, and software items
are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

store purchase and be

Shipping
Methods and Charges

Shipping within the U.S. will be
made via UPS ground or USPS, depending upon the size, weight,
destination, and total value of your order. Standard Delivery is UPS,
so please provide a street address (not a POBOX).
We will do our best to accomodate
special requests. All orders received for in-stock product are
processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt - usually the
same day if the order is recieved before 2PM Eastern Time. Orders
received on weekends are processed and shipped on Monday or Tuesday.
The following map shows approximate UPS ground delivery times, in
business days (not counting Saturdays, Sundays, and UPS holidays),
within the continental U.S.

Foreign
Shipping
|
| Shipping outside the continental U.S. is made via
international priority mail, international express mail, and
occassionally UPS. Not all shipping options are available for every
country, and some size restrictions require UPS shipping for certain
items. After placing your order, we will email you with all the various
shipping options available as well as the estimated delivery times.
These prices include shipping, handling, and insurance, but do not
cover any duties or fees that may be imposed
by your country. Those costs are the obligation of our customers.
