16 1/2" Black & Maple Storage Chess Board w/ 2" Squares

This fantastic storage chess board is a classic black paired with maple, a standard for the white squares in chess boards. The chess board removes to reveal a storage compartment.

The storage compartment offers individual slot storage for your slender chess pieces from 3 1/2" up to approximately 4" tall. If you have unusually sized or proportioned chess men, please check the sizing to make sure they fit in the compartments!

The board has no border to save on space leaving it a very modern look that can go with both new and old chess pieces and works well with both theme and traditional staunton chessmen.
