New Chess Sets from Canada and the USA!

We’re always bringing in new items and have been struggling to keep up to date with all of the new theme chess men and chess boards arriving in stock. We wanted to give you a chance to get the new items while the coupon was valid, so we rushed to get as much listed as possible. Canadian Theme Chess Piece Collection

It’s been a struggle to get new, unique theme chess pieces lately, but we’ve found some cast pieces hand-made just north of the border in Canada! Reminiscent of the crushed stone pieces from the UK, these two-tone sets come in twelve different styles ranging from Aztecs, Dinosaurs, and Vampires to Crusades, the Isle of Lewis, and the Kama Sutra!

New Chess Boards and Tables Made in the USA

One of the biggest requests we get are for chess products made here in the USA. We import from all over the world, but in the past there have been very few options manufactured domestically.

Well, not only do we now have some chess tables made in the USA, We’ve also found some absolutely fantastic boards that are hand-made from solid walnut and maple. These fantastic, butcher block style chess boards have a chestnut tint on the walnut and a pearly tone for the maple with a water resistant coating. They have a design that straddles both modern and rustic and due to their hand carved construction, no two are ever the same. Currently we have the boards available in three sizes – 1 3/4″, 2″, and 2 1/4″ square sizes. We are certainly considering some other wood combinations in the future based on feedback!
